LATE ARRIVAL: CLIENT acknowledges that he/she must arrive 10 minutes prior to his/her scheduled photography session time slot so that we will be ready to start shooting at CLIENT'S designated time slot. If CLIENT is late to her session scheduled time slot, time will not be extended or rescheduled.
Refunds are not available for sessions cut short or entirely missed due to CLIENT'S late arrival.

When booking I give my consent for images of myself and my minor children to be used for promotional purposes for Dana Simone Photography. Such uses include but are not limited to display on website, blog, printed materials, portfolio samples, wall displays, and print competitions.
